Treasury Certificate Victory Series. Magellan on banknote.
It has been graded by PMG (Paper Money Guaranty) and assigned a grade of 63 Choice Uncirculated. This grade indicates that the banknote is in exceptional condition, showing no signs of circulation. It retains its original crispness, sharp corners, and full, undiminished embossing.
The Philippines ND (1949) 50 Pesos Victory Series banknote, features Osmena and Hernandez with a Central Bank overprint. It represented the country's economic stabilization after World War II under Japanese occupation, valued for its historical significance and excellent condition
