All returns have to be requested through ebay and RMA number generated.
For all discretionary returns, we reserve the right to charge up to 20% restocking fee in addition to the back and forth shipping costs.
We reserve the right to test each item sent back as defective and charge the appropriate restocking fee in addition to the back and forth shipping costs.
Motherboards and CPU's returned with having bent pins are subject to 50% restocking fee in addition to the back and forth shipping costs.
