Feel Good^® Organic Superfoods Coconut MCT Oil Powder is a great way to add healthy fats to your diet. Medium chain triglycerides – MCTs – are a form of saturated fatty acids that are actually good for you with numerous health benefits. Coconut oil is a naturally great source of MCTs, with more than 60 percent of its fatty acids as MCTs.
- 5 g of healthy fats per serving
- Perfect for ketogenic, paleo and low-carb diets
- May help control appetite and support weight loss goals
- Provides fuel for sustained energy

There are three types of fatty acids, based on the number of carbon atoms in their structure. Short chain fatty acids have less than six carbons, while long chain fatty acids – such as Omega 3s – have thirteen to twenty-one. Coconut oil is an MCT – a medium chain fatty acid – with between six and twelve carbons.

MCTs are a good source of essential healthy fats because they’re broken down, digested, and absorbed more easily by your body than longer chain fats.

The problem with western diets nowadays is there are often too little healthy fats. Coconut MCT Oil Powder is a great way to add them back.

Unlike other fats, MCTs go straight from the gut to the liver. From there, they become an energy source or are transformed into ketones. Ketones can provide the brain and muscles with a pure fuel source for physical energy and mental acuity.^† And since the calories in MCTs are used directly, they’re less likely to be stored as fat.

Coconut MCT Oil Powder is perfect for those on ketogenic, paleo and low-carb diets. They can also help control appetite and possibly help you reach your weight loss goals.^†
