This item is a Pre-Order item. We have worked with eBay Customer Service to make certain that Pre-Orders are clearly marked and in line with their policies and procedures. To make certain that the availability of items and when you should expect them is clear to our Customers, we are making every effort to be as clear as possible up front about when your item will arrive. To do that, we have done the following:

1. The Listing itself indicates that the item is a pre-order.

2. The body of the listing indicates when the pre-order is anticipated to arrive.

3. The Shipping Policy indicates that it is a Pre-Order Shipping Policy and will take an extended period of time for delivery.

4. We utilize the “Contact Buyer” feature when we receive the Pre-Order and reiterate in the message when the item is expected to be received.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Release dates are subject to change at the discretion of the Manufacturer. We have no control over delays by the Manufacturer.

2. Our distributors provide Target Release Dates, such as “October 2020.” We have seen items come in well earlier than projected, during the month projected, or well later than projected. When we list our Pre-Orders, we provide the target release date that the Distributor is providing to us.

3. The Pre-Order Shipping Policy defaults to 31 days. This is an automated feature and does not necessarily accurately represent when the item will be received or shipped out. Please always review the anticipated release date in the listing as it is oftentimes more than the default 31 day period. You may be automatically notified that an item is late, or shipping it late, when in reality the item you ordered is still not expected to be received.

4. ACB Toys & Collectibles does not over commit to inventory orders. If our listing indicates we have a certain quantity available, that is the quantity we have ordered and are anticipating.  

5. Pre-Orders are processed the day we receive our shipment, and shipped out to our customers either same day or the next business day (depending on the time of day our inventory arrives). You will receive Tracking Confirmation as soon as your purchase is processed.

6. Any Pre-Order Cancellations, for any reason other than the manufacturer discontinuing the item and failing to fulfill our order, will incur a 20% Restocking fee.
