Returns and Refunds

• All returns have to be requested through ebay and RMA number generated.
• For all discretionary returns, we reserve the right to charge up to 20% restocking fee in addition to the back and forth shipping costs.
• We reserve the right to test each item sent back as defective and charge the appropriate restocking fee in addition to the back and forth shipping costs.
• Motherboards and CPU's returned with having bent pins are subject to 50% restocking fee in addition to the back and forth shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS -- PLEASE NOTE

• We ourselves ship internationally to few select countries and also via eBay global shipping program.
• All items are intended for usage in US. Please check the item's compatibility before placing order. You may need power supply or adapter and we do not offer these items
• For software purchases, making sure the product will be allowed to be registered in your country by the manufacturer is your responsibility.
• Return: We issue a refund for product only. If you need a refund for shipping and taxes, please contact eBay.

Special notes for direct international orders

• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
• For international shipments that are not picked up by the buyer due to custom clearance issues, in additional to withholding the original shipping fee and charging a restocking fee, we will charge a return fee as charged to us by the carrier. So please make sure the item will clear your country customs before placing an order.
• For international orders, the buyers is responsible to cover the cost of return shipping under all circumstances. We will at our discretion reimburse the return shipping cost which will never exceed the original cost of our outbound shipment.
