All returns have to be requested through ebay and RMA number generated.
For all discretionary returns, we reserve the right to charge up to 20% restocking fee in addition to the back and forth shipping costs.

Motherboards and CPU's returned with having bent pins are subject to 50% restocking fee in addition to the back and forth shipping costs.
